      Eric is only seven. He is a new school boy. It's seven twenty in the morning. Mother comes to Erics bed. She says ,“IPs time to get up,Eric. ” But Eric still stays (待) in bed.

He says slowly, “Mum,I'm not well today.

    “What's the matter with you,Eric?” Mother asks.

      Mother knows Eric isn’t telling the truth. So she says ,“〇K,Eric. Stay at home with Grandpa today. ”

“But where are you going,Mum?” Eric asks.

    “〇h,we will go to the zoo today!” saysMother.

    “What? Go to the zoo? You are not going to work?” Eric feels confused

    “Today is Sunday. We don't work on Sundays and you don't need to go to school either”’ Mother laughs.
