Today we had a chemistry test.I found the test difficulty,but I tried hardly to do it.Suddenly Mary,my best friend,asking me to let her to copy my answers.After think for some time,I let her copy my answers.But after the test,all of us were called to the teacher's office.The teacher was angry because we had same answers in the tests.We were warned not to cheat again so she would need to see our parents.I was very upset.I didn't cheat.I was just helping a friend.Why does she punish me?

Today we had a chemistry test.I found the test difficulty, but I tried hardly to do it.Suddenly Mary,my best friend, asking me to let her to copy my answers. After think for some time,I let her copy my answers. But after the test, all of us were called to the teacher's office. The teacher was angry because we had∧same answers in the tests. We were warned not to cheat again so she would need to see our parents.I was very upset.I didn't cheat.I was just helping a friend. Why does she punish me?
解析:
1.difficulty改成difficult.考查派生詞.find sth.a(chǎn)dj.
3.a(chǎn)sking改成asked.
4.去掉to.考查動(dòng)詞不定式.let'sb.do sth.故"to copy"改為"copy"
6.a(chǎn)ll改成both. 我和Mary是兩個(gè)人,表示兩者都應(yīng)該用both,故"all"改為"both"
7.在same前加the.考查冠詞.same 在使用時(shí)通常和定冠詞the 搭配,如the same as,I'm in the same class with you.故"same"改為"the same"
9.so改成or.
10.does改成did.

常見的感官動(dòng)詞有feel、hear、see、notice、listen(to)、look at、smell、observe、watch(注視、觀看)、overhear(偷聽)、perceive(觀察)等.
常見的使役動(dòng)詞有have、let、make.
三、不定式(短語)作介詞except、but、save、than的賓語,如果介詞前面有實(shí)義動(dòng)詞do,后面的不定式不帶to;反之,后面的不定式則帶to.

There are many cars in our town. For a result, there are lots of traffic jams, and the air which we will breathe is terrible. Our town is very old but all the streets are quite narrow,so there is no room for bus lanes, which mean that buses always get stuck in the traffic jams, too. However, lots of accidents with cyclists often happen because of crowded street. But I think there is a simple solution of these problems. The government should close city center to all traffic except buses and bikes, and build very larger car parks outside the town.Car drivers can take a bus into the city center and arrive at work or the shops relaxing and in a good mood.

15.Imagine entering a very large building and you have no idea how to get to the office you are looking for.But then,as you're standing there,a nearly silent balloon floats (飄) over to you and speaks to you.It asks you where you want to go.You tell it,and then it simply says"follow me"like a child's game,and begins to float off in the direction of your destination.It keeps going,as you follow,leading you to where you want to go.
The guide works itself,without any help from any human being.It says hello to people as they arrive in the building,speaks to them,processes their requests and then guides them to the destination.
The balloon has two tiny fans to help keep it floating and to provide just a touch of lift.Onboard is a wireless (無線的) receiver for receiving directions from a computer that directs the fans and sensors (傳感器) that let it know where objects are around it.
The idea of such a simple robot is one that has been on the minds of scientists for years,and has been mentioned in novels many times.Today the iPhone does something similar but has to be connected to the Internet which is sometimes difficult.This is why this little balloon might be the wave of the future-because it is so much easier to follow!
4.The balloon is used toA.

2.I'm a speed reader.Have been since I was a teen.Mother worked for the continuing education department of a university,and they were offering a class on speed reading and needed one more person to fill out the class.I became that one person.
The class met for only an hour or two for a few weeks,but when the goal of a class is speed,you don't need to meet for long.The instructor said to make our eyes go across the lines of words as fast as they could and not to be concerned about what the words meant.I read Animal Farm in 10ten minutes.Cover to cover.The instructor asked what the book was about.I said I didn't know,but if I had to guess I'd say it was about animals on a farm.He looked displeased.
I've been speed reading ever since.I can't stop and I can't slow down.Today,for example,I plan on reading Churchill's History of the English Speaking Peoples over lunch.I hope it's more memorable than Animal Farm.
As a result of all this speed-reading,I often experience a delay between what I think I read and what something actually says.
The other day I passed by a mall with a large sign that said"Auto Theft Sale".I thought how efficient it was for auto thieves to simply sell all the stole cars in a big tent at the mall.A half-mile later it dawned on me that the sign had said"Auto Tent Sale".
Every time I drive through a construction zone,I gasp (屏氣).The sign says:"Hit a Worker  10,000 (about 62,000 yuan)."It reads like they're offering a reward.Of course,it's not an offer. It's just that my eyes rarely take in the last line that says,"Fine."It's a  10,000 fine if you hit a worker.Someone really needs to rephrase that one.
Speed reading has bitten me on the backside more than once.Especially as a writer.Just ask any of my editors.

21.Why was the author able to attend classes on speed reading?A
A.She took a chance and filled one vacancy (空缺).
B.She was the only teenager applicant for the class.
C.She'd already practiced speed reading before.
D.Her mother found her gifted in speed reading.
22.What left the instructor unsatisfied in the class?C
A.It took the author ten minutes to complete Animal Farm.
B.The class was only an hour or two for a few weeks.
C.The author read fast but didn't get the main idea of the book.
D.All the class actually failed to follow his advice.
23.The author tends to prove that there is always a delay in her understanding after speed reading byD.
A.making comparisons
B.a(chǎn)nalyzing cause and effect
C.drawing a conclusion
D.giving examples
24.Which of the following best describes the author?D
A.Talented and productive.
