Swimming is one of those activities that can be learned early in life. Little children can learn to swim as soon as they walk. In fact, you need the same skills in walking as in swimming. However, I believe that five is the best age to learn. By five or six, a child knows fear of water, a very important thing to know. It’s wise to be afraid, to recognize true danger. Young ones understand that the water can sometimes be very dangerous.
To really benefit from swimming, every swimmer should learn ____________:butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and crawl. I feel that one of these—the breaststroke—is different from the others, since some young swimmers use this stroke naturally, without any training.
In swimming, there are certain rules every swimmer should follow:
(1) Never swim alone! No matter how good you are in the water, don’t risk drowning by swimming alone. If you swim by yourself, with no life guards or friends with you, you may get into trouble.
(2) Don’t go beyond your abilities. Most swimmers know enough not to swim too far from the bank or the beach. Showing off by doing dangerous tricks is no good. Swim safely and you will continue to swim and alive.
(3) Don’t smoke. Swimming depends on a healthy body; good lungs are part of it.
(4) Work at any activity that builds muscles.

Each and every one of us is responsible for the greenhouse gases we give out in our daily actions and choices. Therefore, combating climate change is going to take the combined efforts of everyone on the planet.
The average household carbon footprint in China is 2.41 tons of carbon dioxide annually. That's enough to fill half an Olympic swimming pool.
Surprised? Well, here's how you can work to reduce it:
1. Take showers rather than baths and reduce your shower time by two minutes. This will save water and give you an extra two minutes in bed.
2. Don't purchase unnecessary clothes, and be careful about the materials you buy. Wool and cotton have a really high greenhouse gas impact. Manmade fibers are a better choice.
3. Try to buy high-quality, long-lasting products even though they _________. A laptop is more efficient than a desktop, and a small screen TV is better than a big flat-screen.
4. Only turn the water heater on when necessary, and adjust temperature controls to avoid overheating. Put a lid on a pan when boiling water.
5. When using the washing machine, be sure there's a full load and turn the temperature down if it's not really dirty.
6. The greediest home device along with the washing machine is the fridge. Make sure it's as efficient as possible by keeping it out of direct sunlight and away from the oven or heater. Don't put food in when it's still warm.
7. Only buy the amount of food you need and if there are leftovers, get creative. For instance, make them into a soup. Ask to take food home from restaurants if there's some left, but remember to take your own container to avoid using a disposable carton.
56. How does the author introduce the topic of the text? (no more than 5 words)
57. Fill in the blank in Paragraph 6 with proper words. (no more than 5 words)
58. Why do we keep the fridge out of direct sunlight? (no more than 5 words)
59. What does the author say about leftovers? (no more than 14 words)
60. What is the main idea of the text? (no more than 6 words)

I want to give some sound advice to people who just can’t seem to find their purposes or paths in life. I had been in the difficult situation for years, thinking about the right career and work for me. I never could get myself to find peace in anything. I moved from job to job, not really enjoying my work. Here are my three ways I got on the right track.
1.Look back on, when you were in school, the things you liked to do,the subjects you enjoyed, and why you enjoyed them. I looked back and found simple things like how interested I was in fitness, food, nutrition, health, and science. These are such important areas in themselves and I’m now creating a business around these subjects.
2.__________.You shouldn’t be afraid to talk to your friends about your feelings, and you will be surprised at how much they can help you. Another option would be to find a mentor whose knowledge and experience will be invaluable. I personally chose an online millionaire mentor, who showed me step by step how to follow my passions and guided me towards setting up my own business.
3.Choose personal improvement. This is all about learning about yourself and how your mind works. It’s important to control yourself and understand what drives people. In a nutshell, this changed my life. I used to have very little confidence. Now I can light up a room. I used to have little faith in myself, but now I value myself highly as everybody should.
56. What is the main idea of the text?(no more than 10 words)
