It is reported that over 300 million people in China are suffering from nearsightedness. As more children have got eye trouble, their parents hope to cure the disease by some different ways, such as by correcting the way children read and sit. But in fact, one should start with the exercise with one’s feet. Here are three ways to save eyes.
First, don’t tie your shoes too closely. Try to wear comfortable and soft shoes and socks or walking without shoes and socks at home. While you are travelling, try to wear cloth shoes in order to improve blood circulation.
Second, walking on tiptoe is good for one’s eyesight. It can fight against eyesight trouble. Numbers show that most of ballet performers’ eyesight is better..
Third, rope skipping does good to one’s eyesight. When skipping the rope, one has to move quickly, making both the brain and the eyes excited. It may also help make one grow taller.

Close your eyes. Think about a happy memory. What do you see? What do you smell? Do memories smell? Haraid Vogt and Avery Gilbert think so. Smell and memory are very important to them. Why? They sell smells.
Who do they the smells to? And how can they sella smell? Businesses come to Vogt and Gilbert for help. Vogt and Gilbert find a smell to go with the business’s product. For example, Vogt and Gilbert worked with and expensive hotel in New York City. They developed a smell like expesive cologne(科隆香水)for the hotel’s owners. Then they put it in the air of the hotel hallway. Why did they choose the smell of cologne? A lot of businessmen stay at that hotel. Using smell to sell things is not new. Bakers know that the smell of baking bread brings in customers. They always make sure that people on the street can smell the baking bread. Chocolate makers do the same thing. And of course perfume (香水)makers sell smells.
In the past, only the food and perfume businesses used smell to sell their products. But today, more and more businesses are trying it, from hotels to airlines(航空公司). Some companies put a special smell on the advertisement that they send to customers. For example, one car company uses a perfume on their booklet that smells like a new car.
But do smells really sell? The answer seems to by yes. Smells become a part of our  memories. And memory is important in sales, why? When customers remember the name of a product, they usually choose it again. But there are a lot of choices these days, so it isn’t easy to remember product names. That’s why smell is important. “USA? Britain? Which country is better to study in?” We often hear such discussions. As China open its door, it is a dream for many Chinese students to study abroad. They want to learn about the outside world.
It’s true that studying abroad can help students develop themselves. Their foreign language skills will be improved and it may be easier to find jobs.
But there are problems that should be considered. Language is the first. Students must spend a lot of time learning another language.
Students must also learn to live without parents’ care and deal with all kinds of things they haven’t to do before, like looking after themselves. There are reports about Chineses students abroad running into an ocean of difficulties and giving up finally. When they have to take care of themselves, it is hard for students to study well.
Finally, studying abroad brings a heavy burden to the family. For most Chinese parents, the cost of studying abroad is very high. But is it worth it?
We know that there are many famous people who have achieved success through their hard work in China. Liu Xiang is a good example. Once an American teacher invited him there, but he refused. He kept training hard with his Chinese teacher. He surprised the world when he won a gold medal at the Athens Olympic Games. So when you winder which country is better to study in, think it again.
