For most people, advances(進(jìn)步)in technology make life more fun.

Computers also make it easier for people with disabilities to work. Some, such as large screen texts or special keyboards for the blind, are simple and common.

But the most important technological advances are yet to come.Swiss researchers are developing computers that can read brain waves which can move a mouse on the screen to select choices. Of course, they need to have wires linked to their heads, but that will change soon as well.

This technology will provide endless possibilities for people whose bodies no longer function(運(yùn)行).They will be able to use their minds to control their wheelchair or write a letter.
